Can Amy say no to this?

TROUBLED star Amy Winehouse has been asked to give a private show in an old Russian bus garage... but she's been offered 1 million to do it.

Winehouse is being offered the huge sum for the private show in June. Daria ‘Dasha’ Zhukova – girlfriend of Chelsea Football Club owner, billionaire Roman Abramovich – is heading a project to turn the 1920s building in Moscow into a contemporary art gallery and has lined up Amy for a launch night performance. The gallery – to be called the Center for Contemporary Culture – is not due to open until September but Daria says they are planning a one-off event in the summer. She claims they have booked Amy for the night, however Daria will not disclose how much the singer is being paid to appear. Amy is not the first music star to boost their earnings by playing a private concert. George Michael received £1.7 million for a 75-minute show at Russian billionaire Vladimir Potanin's New Year’s Eve party in 2006, while the Rolling Stones were paid a total of £4.4 million for playing at the 60th birthday bash of billionaire David Bonderman.

David Bowie - Bowie And Weller End Feud

DAVID BOWIE has finally ended his long-running feud with fellow British rocker PAUL WELLER.

Former The Jam frontman Weller has publicly criticised Bowie in the past, once branding his music "pish".

But in a recent interview with Britain's Mojo magazine, the 49-year-old admitted he is now a "born-again Bowie freak".

Bowie allegedly read the article and proceeded to send Weller an appreciative e-mail, poking fun at their ongoing row and joking about their shared hairstyle.

Attaching a picture of himself from the 1960s, Bowie joked: "Nice one, Paul. Can I have my haircut back now?"

He continued: "Paul Haggis [writer] is someone who can actually take on the story and the character and take it to a different place. The same rules apply, but the pressure is now on, in a weird way."
Asked about the criticism which followed his casting as Bond, Craig said: "[W]e knew we had something good to do. The thing is, now we have to turn up with the goods. If we don't, then they were right, and that can't happen."
